Kynora is a dog training and education app. It helps dog owners learn training methods, follow structured exercises, build better habits, and support daily progress with their dog.

2.2 Does Kynora replace a professional trainer or veterinarian?

No. Kynora provides educational content and general training guidance. It is not a substitute for professional dog training, veterinary care, or behavior advice for serious aggression, anxiety, injury, illness, or safety concerns.

2.3 Which devices are supported?

Kynora is available on iOS devices that support the version of iOS listed on our App Store page. Performance may vary depending on device capabilities.

Kynora offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium training features and content. The subscription options, prices, and durations are displayed on the subscription screen in the App and on the App Store page.

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. Refunds are managed by Apple according to their policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made via the App Store.
