This Privacy Policy explains how Arongame OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the mobile application Homly AI (“App”).

By using Homly AI, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2.1 Photos or Images

When you upload an image to use the AI redesign feature, your photo is securely transmitted to our processing infrastructure and used solely to generate a redesigned version of your room. Images are processed only for transformation and are not stored longer than necessary to provide the requested result.

2.2 Purchases

When you purchase a subscription or other in-app content, payment is processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. We do not receive or store your full payment card information. We may receive limited information about the transaction (such as whether the purchase was successful and the type of subscription) in order to unlock premium features in the App.

2.3 Device Information

We may collect basic technical information from your device, such as:

Device model and operating system version
Language and region settings
App version

This information helps us ensure compatibility and improve app performance.

2.4 Usage Data

We may collect aggregated, non-identifying information about how the App is used (for example, which screens are most frequently visited) to help us understand what features are most useful and to improve the user experience.

To provide core App functionality (AI redesign of rooms from your photos)
