1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application
Homly AI (“App”), provided by Arongame OÜ
(“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
These Terms are a legal agreement (End User License Agreement, “EULA”) between you
and Arongame OÜ, in addition to any terms and conditions imposed by Apple
(including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions).
2. Eligibility & Use of the App
You may use the App only if you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in
your jurisdiction for using such services) and have the legal capacity to agree to
these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for all activity
that occurs through your use of the App.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Homly AI may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features
and additional content.
3.1 Subscription Information
Details about each subscription, including the title, length, and price, are displayed in the App and on the App Store product page.
- Title of subscription: as shown in the App and in-app purchase screen (e.g., “Homly AI Pro”).
- Length of subscription: weekly, monthly, yearly, or other periods as indicated.
- Price: the price for your region is shown in the App and in the App Store payment confirmation.
3.2 Apple Billing & Auto-Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews for the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings under Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
3.3 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
3.4 Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. Any refunds, where applicable, are processed by Apple according to their policies.
4. License & Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that
you own or control and as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties.
- Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Use the App to create harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, and other materials,
is owned by Arongame OÜ or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other
intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, you acquire
no rights or interest in the App or any related intellectual property.
6. User Content
When you upload photos or other content to the App for processing, you retain
ownership of your content. You grant us and our technical infrastructure providers
a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process such content
solely for the purpose of providing the App’s features (such as AI redesign) and
improving the user experience.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload:
- Does not infringe the rights of others, including copyright or privacy rights.
- Is lawful and does not contain illegal, harmful, or abusive material.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party service providers to enable features such as image
processing, subscription management, analytics, or error reporting. These services
are used solely to provide and improve the App and are required to handle data in
accordance with applicable privacy and security standards.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these
Terms or use the App in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or third
parties.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Termination does not grant you a refund for any paid subscription period, unless
required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policies.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Warranty
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of
any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be
error-free, secure, or available at all times.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arongame OÜ and its affiliates shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including
loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
In any case, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the App
shall be limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the three (3)
months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required
by applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will
update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and may notify you in the App.
Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance
of the revised Terms.
